Entry requirements
- Your business is a current member of the FPA Professional Practice Program
- You have a clear compliance record.
The judges are looking for Professional Practices that:
- Live the ‘client first’ principle
- Uphold the highest professional and ethical standards as outlined in the FPA Professional Code of Practice
- Has made a positive contribution to the Profession.
Entry process
- Part 1: Video submission to be submitted through the FPA Awards online portal – a judging panel will review the applications and select finalists
- Part 2: Written submission with supporting evidence. Finalists to present to the judging panel.*
*An audit may also be required to take place at the finalist’s place of work as part of the finalist review process.
Video submission requirements
Minimum three minutes – maximum 10 minutes (videos over 10 minutes will not be considered)
Addresses the following four questions:
- How has the practice made a positive contribution to the profession over the last year?
- How does the practice demonstrate it lives the ‘client first’ principle?
- How does the practice demonstrate the highest professional and ethical standards, as outlined by the FPA Professional Code of Practice?
- How does the practice stand apart relative to your peers

Written submission requirements
The written submission must address the areas outlined below.

Finalists’ interview
An interview of up to 45 minutes with the judges will be conducted on the following dates, and applicants should ensure they are available during these dates:
- Friday 4th November
- Monday 7th November
- Tuesday 8th November
