He works with clients to help them quantify what personal, lifestyle and financial goals they wish to achieve. Once these are identified, he works in conjunction with other technical specialists within the Carey Group to develop a comprehensive financial strategy that will help clients achieve those goals. Col understands the value the firm can deliver clients, having been a client of the Carey Group since 2002, prior to joining the firm in 2013.
