The South Australia Chapter Committee invites you to join them for a working lunch on Friday 18 March 2016.
This event will focus on the five global attributes of Financial Services Practices – the true drivers of profit and how to future proof your business.
Hear from our guest speakers, Ray Henderson from Business Health and Allan McKay, Experienced Business Coach, AMP.
Business Health have surveyed more than 43,000 clients who have clearly told them their views on their advisers performance. During this session Ray will look at “what are your clients thinking about today?” and “what do tomorrows clients look like?” as well as “what is it they want from their financial planner?” He will talk about win/win solutions to business planning.
Allan will then explore how to future proof your business.
When a practice owner is looking to sell their practice, they want to protect the business they have established – ensuring continuity for both clients and employees. If you’re thinking about retiring or simply moving on from your business, developing an ownership transition plan helps you take control of how and when you choose to hand your business over to a new owner. In his informative presentation, Allan will outline a 5 stage approach and provide tips & advice on ensuring a smooth transition for you.
