Key supporters of FPA Congress stand together to inspire greatness
The Financial Planning Association of Australia (FPA) today announced its Gold and Silver sponsors for November’s Professionals Congress in Adelaide, noting the success of last year’s conference as the catalyst for high calibre brands returning or signing up as sponsors.
AMP, Colonial First State, NAB/MLC and Zurich Financial Services Aust Ltd are this year’s Gold sponsors and Silver sponsorship will be anchored by Cbus, Macquarie, J.P. Morgan Asset Management, AIA Australia, BT Financial Group and ANZ Wealth. Platinum Asset Management has already been announced as taking the Platinum position for 2014.
Mark Rantall, CEO of the FPA, has welcomed continued support of the Professionals Congress and highlighted the pedigree of this year’s Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors.
“The FPA is delighted to have eleven widely revered sponsors for this year’s Professionals Congress. The values we share with our sponsors, together with our combined support of the financial planning profession, make these partnerships ones that we are pleased to bring to Congress.”
US-based Carl Richards CFP® is another returning supporter of this year’s Congress. After the popularity of Carl’s session last year, he is returning to deliver an in-depth Masterclass to address how to communicate with clients – highlighting simple, take-away strategies to effectively communicate with clients on supporting their financial future.
“This year’s Congress aims to inspire greatness and create positive change among the financial planning profession by equipping the financial planning community with tools and techniques to achieve better outcomes for their practices and for their clients. The performance and professionalism of our sponsors will be extremely valuable in this regard, as will the first-hand experiences of our speakers, like Carl Richards” Mr Rantall said.
This year’s program includes a comprehensive agenda covering technical skills, best practice, personal development and leadership skills with a line up of top industry experts and high quality speakers. Keynote speakers include broadcaster and television personality, Andrew Denton, and social researcher, Michael McQueen. Celebrated journalist, Ray Martin, will open the event by hosting a discussion with three other inspiring Australians: Jihad Dib, Tara Moss and Ita Buttrose.
The FPA will continue to provide further updates and confirmation of speakers and events taking place in the lead up to the Professionals Congress. For more information or to register for the Professionals Congress, please visit: www.fpacongress.com.au.
