Darko joined RFS in May 2012 and brings diverse and very useful strengths to the team. Having recently completed his Masters in Financial Planning, he has extensive experience in wealth accumulation, debt reduction strategies and superannuation/retirement strategies for clients with specialised and complex needs.Darko started his career in Information Technology (IT) and is a 'Certified Network and Systems Administrator'. He quickly realised he wasn't getting the client interaction he preferred out of IT work and looked for other ways and industries to use his quantitative and process skills. This led him to finance and banking where he made his mark, firstly with the ANZ bank, and subsequently with Westpac.At ANZ Darko established skills in wealth protection and debt reduction through ANZ Financial Planning and then completed his banking career as a 'Senior Business Acquisition Manager for Commerical Banking' with Westpac. As acquisition manager he was responsible for the sourcing, structuring and management of loan facilities up to fifteen million dollars.The combination of planning and commercial credit skills make Darko the ideal adviser for small to medium size businesses who need help with business and family protection as well as suggestions on structuring various types of banking, lending, and finance facilities.
