Gold Coast Chapter Member Lunch

The FPA Gold Coast Chapter Committee will be hosting its first event for the year, on Friday 31 March at the RACV Royal Pines Resort.

The theme for the day will be “Is it Digital Disruption or Digital Opportunity – What is the Risk?”. During the seminar, you will hear from Mark Peall and Bob Blurton who will present on “You’ve got the customer base. Here’s how to extract its potential value using new digital tools” – “Its Revolutionary”, which will cover an end-to-end solution utilising internationally leading marketing expertise and technology.

Following on from this, there will be two TED TALK Challenges, where you will hear from two Leading Experts to get your mind racing!!!
o “If Risk Profiling Worked …” – How do we jazz it up? – Dr Katherine Hunt is an award winning financial planner who holds a PhD in Law and Economics from Erasmus University of Rotterdam. Dr Hunt is a premier researcher in financial planning and is leading the empirical research in risk profiling.
o “Is Your LinkedIn Profile Working For You” – Strategic Social Profiles brings together Annabel Sullivan and Susan Davis, two professionals, who have excelled in their respective industries of tourism and business events, and broadcast, publication, and digital media.

The event will conclude with a Q&A session on “What’s Hot and What’s Not??”.
A sit down plated lunch and drinks will be served and there will also be a chance to network with your peers during the event.
